Designed to mount directly onto the lower factory front bumper for a straightforward installation, these vents are manufactured using 100% genuine 3K Twill-Weave (2X2) Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber. They are finished with multiple coatings of high-gloss UV-resistant clear coat, adhering to the weight-saving principles of motorsport ideals. The autoclave vacuum forming process ensures superior strength and fitment, producing the highest-quality dry carbon fiber products with fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets. This method uses a "pre-preg" piece of carbon materials cured in a sealed vacuum to create a lighter and more efficient product compared to the "wet" method.
